Quail Egg Ravioli
I know I already blogged about Schwa. But I can't stop thinking about that amazing quail egg ravioli they had there. A softly cooked quail egg inside that amazingly good pasta, served with some creamy yumminess and white truffles shaved on the top. It is, for sure, the best dish I have ever had. Heaven!

So, I don't eat eggs very often, so I don't really know if this is a stupid question. Do different eggs have different tastes; a quail egg compared to a chicken egg for example. That was the question that came to mind when I was reading this.
No, they don't really taste totally different. I mean, a little teeny variation in taste, but the real difference is size. A quail egg is super small.
