Snow

I have never seen this much snow in my life, and I ain't talking bout the kind that goes up your schnoz...

See this photo? This is what I felt like when I was driving up my mother's driveway in Traverse City. She had plowed the snow and it was a few feet deep there. I haven't seen snow like that for a long long time. It was beautiful, but a weekend in the snowy woods was enough for me for a while.

Wow. That photograph is amazing. Here in Ohio (where I live) there hasn't been much snow at all this winter. It's resembled spring.

Like your blog, by the way!

I feel your pain, Char. The Grand Traverse snow is incredibly beautiful, but by February, a person can go crazy from all of it, as well as from not seeing the sun. It's not Alaska or anything, but damn.
I think the most snow to fall while I lived there was 14 feet in one winter, and 27 inches in 18 hours.
