Uncommon Ground
I ride the bus past here all the time, but went there for brunch this past weekend. It was really great, if not a bit overpriced.
I had some benedict thing with red peppers and carmelized onions and sausage on it that was so f'ing good. and I had bites of other people's stuff that rocked, too.
I don't feel like typing much, but take my word for it...this place is good...
Where do you like to go for brunch?

I agree that it was a bit overpriced. But it was great. The coffee kicked ass.
If I read these blogs and didn't know better I would think we are lovers. We comment on every single blog entry and half of the experiences are things you have been there for. Are we lovers?
I know. And we're always talking about our butts. Like, for example I could've said "Ill put uncommon grounds in your butt".
I ran into my friend Jackie, who lives near UC, right outside that place once. We were both on our bikes. We hadn't seen each other in forever. It was awesome to pull over and chat. We quickly decided to have a drink at Uncommon Ground. I got their sangria, which was really weird. It was like Chablis (I think- is chablis pink?) with all this different fruit in it. Different, but good. I hear Wiley play there occasionally too. Good times.
i love that place and i was there for brunch on saturday....when were you there? it is close to my house and convenient....the uncommon huevos are fantastic.
a really good brunch is cafe 28 on irving, right next the brown line. i am a conosseiur (i am sure i spelled that wrong) of breakfast burritos and bloody marys and both are so amazing there.
